The didn't wear wires much back in 1977 that I noticed. Just way to dressed up (trench coats, neck ties, etc.) to blend in well with the native Moorhead, Minnesota population.

In the bleak midwinter of the north country, the natives dress for warmth, not to show off.

And I never really noticed them. Not at all until a FB friend made the observation watching the video. My attention was on the many media from different countries, the families with children, the interesting signs, etc. The under-cover-cadre just escaped my attention entirely, though it looks like I didn’t escape theirs.
