While I find your observation encouraging I have found the 3 large corporations that I worked for to be the exact opposite experience where PC and leftist politics were the norm.

I worked for Target Corp in the 90s and found myself in the awkward position of boycotting my own employer when they banned the Salvation Army bell ringers at Christmas because the the Sally didn't hire homos. Their leftist policies only went downhill from there and their reaction was always to double down even tho it affected their bottom line.

My last employer was a very large corp. One of the very higher ups spoke at my company after we were acquired. The irish sob said "As I look ar-r-round the r-r-room I see way too many middle aged white guys."

The room collectively was furious. Disgusting. What a crappy environment to work at from the top on down. I'm so glad we parted ways.

Based on my 15 years or so of bad experience I have little hope for what is to come.

Your post is important—especially in pointing out that we have been dealing with these issues for decades.

The very wealthy have declared war on average Americans.

They are fouling their own nest.
