Ronny Jackson, a retired Rear Admiral and former Obama physician, has called for Joint Chiefs Chairman Gen. Mark Milley to be arrested and prosecuted for “treason.”
Jackson wrote on Twitter Thursday that Milley was “willing to put the lives of America’s sons & daughters in EXTREME RISK all to undermine Trump.” Jackson ended the tweet by calling Milley a traitor and calling for him to be immediately fired and prosecuted for treason.

As Major General Paul E. Vallely, U.S. Army (Ret.) said on today’s MAGA Institute Podcast, treason isn’t applicable under the Constitution, as no state of war exists with China. However, General Vallely continued, there are several articles under the Uniform Code of Military Justice under which Milley (and possibly SECDEF Lloyd Austin and former SECDEF Mark Esper, by virtue of having themselves been officers) could be prosecuted.
Legalisms aside, it is highly encouraging that a sitting Member of Congress has publicly called for Milley’s dismissal and prosecution. According to MG Vallely, it falls to Congress to force the Pentagon to initiate an Article 15 investigation and to convene a court-martial for Milley.

They make it sound like Admiral Jackson was associated with Obama in some way past the focus of his job, and that isn’t true. I understand he is a good guy, and was vilified by the Left when he worked under Trump.

Under UCMJ Article 94, Milley certainly should be charged with sedition for his conspiracy with Pelosi and the ChiCom military.
How far his actions gave aid and comfort to the enemy would be something to be determined at his court martial.
For now, Milley certainly should be suspended from his JCS duties, if not arrested and jailed pending his trial. And certainly Milley’s staff and the other JCS members and their staff should be interrogated under oath as to what they knew and when did they know it.
That Milley is still serving as JCS Chairman raises concerns about whether the JAG has also been corrupted.

It’s actually an Article 32 investigation that would lead to court martial. Article 15 is the nonjudicial punishment part of the UCMJ.

Milley called his equal in China. He informed them he would call them if the United States was going to attack. The logical thought process of the Chinese General would be to put their ICBMs on high alert and even consider a preemptive attack against the United States.
Milley’s actions increased the chance of nuclear war. As China’s nuclear force is very small compared to the United States it can not adsorb a first strike thus the motivation to use it or lose it becomes very high.
Milley is not only a traitor but is a damn fool. He must be removed and prosecuted under the code of UMJ. This man should hang from a rope.
