Breaking news from the New York Times:

I’ve been missing that little guy.
I guess I can finally exhale.
He needs to come around every now and again.
Not a strong enough charge to encourage rolling over, but perhaps Durham is looking forward to discovery.
Hey! It’s the monthly Durham tease! Look for it on or about the 15th of every month.
Yep, they’ve located their scapegoat and a slap on the wrist is all they’ll get. Case closed!
So... two weeks?
So... two weeks?

this week or never
from the article
Because of a five-year statute of limitations for such cases, Mr. Durham has a deadline of this weekend to bring a charge over activity from that date.
years of billing at what 500-800 an hr? Now we get information that someone in DC lied?
So after all this and millions of dollars of taxpayer money, a cyber security lawyer?
Great job John!/s/
No he’s not. Its a nothing burger just like we all expected.
A lawyer, no less. What are the odds?
Gaffawing
Some no-name lawyer didn’t cross a T and gets 6 months.
The sparrow has farted.
.
It should be noted that Weissmann and Mueller asked Federal Judges to suspend the Statute of Limitations in the cases they pursued against Trump’s associates they wanted to get to flip them to accuse Trump of lawbreaking - and the Judges were ecstatic to help them.
Statue of Limitations meant nothing.
And they even successfully argued that those they were pursuing to get Trump couldn’t use this and that defense. It was disallowed by the Judges. They were not allowed to argue they were being pursued only because of their relationship to Donald Trump.
.
🤣🤣🤣👍
He wont even get 6 months.
Durham could’ve made this charge within 30 days of taking the case.
This is the compromise, so they can say something was done.
Clinesmith showed up at his door asking to plead guilty, shocking Durham’s AWOL peeps. Clinesmith got nothing. Durham then charged a person on the Internet that allegedly wrote nasty emails to Adam Schiff.
Now, this tidbit case designed to say, look we did something, it wasn’t fake
