Yup, can’t say I ever wondered what “Lurch” from the Adams family looked like in a pant suit. Lol

I bet somebody just forgot to take their photo while they were in India. Everyone was concentrating on the work. So they had to cut and paste a little bit.

Maybe. Maybe he didn’t actually have his mask on, and it was photoshopped in. I suppose he was actually there. It’s hard not to be skeptical of all the self-proclaimed graphics experts out there.

The whitish pixels between the dark blue shoulder material and the background. Probably imperfectly-masked background from when the person in the foreground was superimposed over the background.

Oh, the person in blue is John Kerry. It looks very much like his picture image was photoshopped into the picture.

The edges look like an artifact of Microsoft's Paint 3d, using the “Magic Select” function. It tries to guess what the outline is of a shape to cut and paste or apply other effects to it. Whoever did this was too cheap to use decent software or put any effort in it.

The great seal backdrop looks like it was composited in. But why? What was in the background that they wanted hidden?

It looks to me like it was only the seal’s dark background that was photoshopped.

Look at the seal. The seal is transparent. Through it you can see window frames and glass. That detail should be visible behind Kerry as well. But it’s been blacked out.
