On Friday, PJMedia reported disturbing allegations of witness tampering and criminal misconduct levied against Travis County, Texas, District Attorney Jose Garza. The allegations come in the midst of the prosecutor’s ongoing murder case against U.S. Army Sgt. Daniel Perry in the riot-related shooting of Garrett Foster last summer.

Today, Garza is attempting to suppress a key document in the case according to Perry’s defense attorney, Douglas O’Connell. O’Connell makes the explosive allegation in this tweet.

There was a similar case in Portland by a guy attacked by Antifa who, I think, fired a warning shot.

The commie DA colluding with Bolsheviks in the state judiciary gave him 20 years.

The legal system is a joke and I speak from experience. I’ll also add that most lawyers aren’t the sharpest tool in the shed either. They hide behind words and statutes but if your smart and can read you can compete with most of them.

“This enrages me almost beyond control. Makes me want to shoot this piece of sh*t DA.”

This is why I just left my blue county for a red one. When THEY have control of the legal system, you wind up never knowing when they’ll turn their guns towards you. At least in a red county, you have a fighting chance with the police, the DA, and the juries.

This country is so far gone at this point that if people on our side don’t start to balkanize, they simply be cut down to shreds by the Left, as has happened throughout world history.

Back in 1992 a very close friend was convicted of murdering his ex-girlfriend and during the course of the trial, the judge refused to allow exculpatory evidence in his defense. The jury sentenced him to life in prison.........

Fortunately his lawyers remained diligent in his defense and the Michigan State Supreme Court reversed the decision and demanded a retrial.

He was subsequently sentenced to only eight years in prison with the six years of incarceration as time served..........

Before you judge him harshly, the ex-girlfriend was a psycho-stalker who tormented him for a year, even showing up in the pew behind him and his girlfriend (now wife) in his Catholic church on a Sunday morning and harassing him.......

Doug O’Connell is a friend, a colleague and a hell of a lawyer (and a retired Special Forces O-6). If he filed the motion, he has the proof.

Strickland was sentenced to 40 days in jail, 240 hours of community service, prohibited from videoing public events for at least the rest of the year, and, since 10 of the charges were felonies, he lost his right to possess firearms and ammunition for the rest of his life.

Upheld by the Oregon courts, and with no assurance that the Supremes will hear his case, that’s where he sits.

The process is the punishment. All things considered, in fascist Oregon he’s probably lucky not to have a decade of suspended sentences hanging over his head.

I don’t disagree with anything you say and the US Supreme Court needs to take this case.
