A new report with detailed data from Public Health England provides some startling numbers.
For the period of February 1 through August 2 there were COVID Delta variant cases for 47,000 people who had received 2 vaccine doses, and for 151,054 people who were unvaccinated.
In the first group of vaccinated people there were a total of 402 deaths, and in the second much larger group of unvaccinated people there were 253 deaths. To get the death rate you divide the number of deaths by the total number of infection cases.
That gives a death rate of .86 percent among the vaccinated and .17 percent among the unvaccinated. That is an amazing difference. The death rate among vaccinated was just over five times greater than that for the unvaccinated.
In other words, unvaccinated people who got infected were enormously safer from death. How can we explain this huge difference in terms of medical science? It should also be noted that it was determined that the measured viral load in both groups was the same.
So, why are vaccinated people dying more frequently than the unvaccinated. Here are some plausible explanations.
First, there is something very dangerous and unsafe in the COVID vaccines associated with spike proteins that are causing people to die at a higher rate. For example, as discussed elsewhere, all current vaccines have been associated with serious blood problems, notably both large and microscopic blood clots. Many people have died from brain bleeds and strokes, for example.
There are also many, many other types of adverse side effects causing a host of medical problems. Two famous virologists warned against using the current vaccines because they are fundamentally unsafe and could be killing people. They loudly proclaimed that the mass vaccination program should be halted. Instead, they advocated use of treatments using generic medicines like ivermectin, as detailed in Pandemic Blunder.
Second, it is reasonable to believe that most unvaccinated people have acquired natural immunity from some prior COVID infection. And that natural immunity is far more protective than the artificial or vaccine immunity obtained from jabs. Yet the US, like many other countries, does not give credit for natural immunity on a par with vaccine immunity when it comes to COVID passports and mandates. Very few nations do the right thing by honestly following the science.
Third, vaccinated people are susceptible to breakthrough infections, which means that they are not protected against infection after they have been originally infected. Phony and dangerous COVID vaccines do not destroy the virus, nor prevent transmitting it to others.
Conclusion The new data from England involving very large numbers of people should be headline news. But the biased and dishonest big media suppress this kind of critical data. Why? Clearly, if vaccinated people die at a much higher rate than unvaccinated people, then why should people be enthusiastic about being vaccinated? They should not. This is especially true for the millions of people who have natural immunity.

“This means that whilst vaccination may reduce an individual’s overall risk of becoming infected, once they are infected there is limited difference in viral load (and Ct values) between those who are vaccinated and unvaccinated. Given they have similar Ct values, this suggests limited difference in infectiousness”

ADE killed ferrets that were given whole virus vaccines created for SARS-1 and for MERS.
The American vaccines for Covid only target the spike. None of them are whole virus, and no ADE has resulted from any of them.
Toad’s hysteria over ADE comes from the SARS-1 and MERS attempts which the usual suspects have been falsely attributing to Covid vaccines, exploiting the ignorance of their followers.
In your vast wealth of knowledge, you must have forgotten these examples:

Oh, and you remind me of yet another absurdity... when bat lady switches out the spike for which you have immunity, what will happen then?

I am not vaccinated and I’m retired and don’t care that much about traveling. So I’m hoping there’s no way they’ll force me to get vaccinated. But who knows, maybe they will withhold my SS or Medicare or something.
I think the government tyranny over all things covid is disgusting.
Having said all that, I’m so tired of all the cherry-picking on BOTH sides of the vaccine question.
Either the vaccination saves lives or it doesn’t. Putting all the data in equal terms is the only way to settle this question but no one is doing it.
We see story after story about some study in Israel or the UK or wherever. The time periods are not consistent, the definitions “fully vaccinated” or “nit fully vaccinated” are not consistent. Sometimes it’s cases, sometimes it’s deaths.
Sometimes these stories point to the vaccinated being just as vulnerable to covid, or even more vulnerable than the unvaccinated. Other stories suggest the opposite.
But both can’t be true.
When is some smart person going to sort through all these conflicting stories, put them on equal terms, and weight them according to statistical relevance?
I know there are some sharp people out there that could do this, but I’ve yet to see anything other than cherry-picking and anecdotal testimonials that all cancel each other out.
It reminds me of that meme of a weathervane spinning around every which way.

Either way you look at it, the vaccine doesn’t seem to be helping much. These stats don’t even factor in when the vaccine was given, and we all know the vaccines are waning at a fast pace.

What if the vaccine makers are realizing that their science was flawed and that the vaccines are actually causing problems in the body instead of fixing immunity? Instead of coming clean with the public, causing a global panic like we've never seen before, they're going to continue to try to "fix" the problem with booster shots.

I get my DPT booster every 10 years or so. I don't think I've had a booster for MMR since I was in Pampers. So why boosters every 3-6 months for a virus with a <1% risk of mortality?
So in simple terms, NOQ is making an apples to oranges comparison.

I wasn’t really making an argument for or against vaccination. I was simply providing unbiased context.
But to your point, given the very low numbers of hospitalized Covid patients, the difference between vaccinated and unvaccinated is crazy small. Kind of like how the difference between a .300 hitter and a .200 hitter is so small when there are only 10 at bats in the sample size. In the case of vaccinated vs. unvaccinated in this 2000 bed hospital system, we’re talking only about a difference of 16 patients.

No opinion on that, but the RSV is appearing all at once because the kids were kept away from each other for 18 months.

I don't necessarily have the answer, but this seems to indicate that the vax is less effective than natural COVID. There are many possible reasons for this.
