That is why Trump had to go. His presence risked their outing and exposure. Their carefully aligned planning of the past 30 years was at risk for being dismantled.
Remember, there was carefully planned optics on Hillary's reset launch button during her Putin meeting in front of world cameras. Think about it. What idiot would present a launch button to Vladimir Putin with nuclear missiles? That reset launch button was a message to global cohorts to advance. Not in emails of official statements, but in carefully designed optical green lighting.

Neither the FDA nor the NIH test drugs for approval that are developed by private corporations: the drug developers themselves design, fund, operate, and collate the trial data for presentation to the FDA when the drug developers are ready to seek approval ... NIH has zero to do with approving new drugs ...
