Well...I do know anyone department that has “ethics” in the title are anything but ETHICAL.

As one who at one time had to attend ‘ethics’ classes for my profession. I learned very quickly, everyone has ethics. Some have good ethics, some have bad ethics. I can pretty much guarantee, no ‘ethics’ class is going to change one to the other. Mostly these classes teach you how to avoid getting caught in an ethics trap. Usually set by the government.
