For this election, among other things, there is clear video of Georgia election officials kicking everyone out of the room then, when the coast was clear, literally pulling suitcases of ballots out from under a table. Also the same video shows at east one woman running the same ballot through the machine multiple times.

We’ve all heard of the RICO act, in the context of how it can destroy organized crime. The statute also has a civil component to it, in that you can sue a company or organization (DNC, RNC) out of existence via a civil RICO suit. The level of proof is much lower in a civil trial. You need to prove your case by a “preponderance of the evidence” standard, which is generally inferred to be a 51% chance that it happened. It is obvious, and would be an easy case to present in Court (Federal) and the statute of limitations can be up to ten years.

All that you need to prove is that members of this organization by “clear and convincing evidence” (75% likelihood) did conspire and/or commit two crimes from the large list of crimes, and then the whole organization is a RICO organization, and each individual is personally liable for whatever judgment the jury awards. It would bankrupt Soros/Obamao/Pelosi/Biden and all members of the DNC.

All that’s needed is for a good law firm to investigate and gather the evidence. By filing such a suit, it opens a lot of investigatory tools to the table, such as: subpeonas, all kinds of emails, depositions under oath, etc. Just the emails would be worth the cost of suit. The only thing is, you need to file such a suit, where the judge is a Republican, and doesn’t care about the effect it will have on his legal career.

There is plenty of prima facie evidence of fraud in Georgia and several other states, enough to change the outcome of the election. The Supreme Court and other courts remember all the bashing that followed the Bush v. Gore decision in 2000 and were more concerned for the reputation of the court than the integrity of elections. If the Democrats really believed that they won honestly they would have been glad to have a thorough bipartisan investigation. Instead they and the media just keep repeating the mantra that Trump is "falsely claiming" fraud. So far it has worked for them.
