Could be something else. The end of USD as the global currency. It’s sort of predicated on us being the super power that has our allies backs which just went out the window. Massive spending, open the borders and fly on Afghans so we have to support millions more people costing even more money.
What happens if the world drops the USD?
Many times worse then the great depression.
A lot of bad things, but some good things.
One being we get to watch the welfare state useless eaters starve.
