The data seems to suggest that for those over 50, the vaccines do little if anything to prevent Covid deaths, and that for those under 50 they provide some protection but nothing approaching the virtual guarantee of survival that the vax proponents claim.
However, I think it's a mistake to simply make a side-by-side comparison of the numbers because the overall number of the unvaccinated is lower than the number of the vaccinated, so the percentage of the unvaccinated becoming ill would be a lot higher than a simple side-by-side comparison would suggest.
