Stephen K. Bannon called on former President Donald Trump to begin putting together “a more formal body… what the British call a ‘shadow government’,” … to counter “this illegitimate regime from destroying the country as they spin out of control,” on Saturday’s edition of War Room.

When Bannon says Shadow Government, he’s referring to a government that is ready to come in and save the day when the USA collapses from within.

We are closer to this scenario than people realize. Rudy Giuliani mentioned it after the 11/3/2020 Rat coup against America. He said we are headed for very dark times, but massive suffering must first take place. We are at the beginning stages of that. When the correction comes, no traitor in the Rat media is going to escape justice.

I’ll go farther and say that I think that might be happening now behind the scenes.

When Trump took the stage in Alabama earlier tonight, a bevy of Secret Service agents preceded him and deployed all around his podium - just like when he was in office.

I found that curious only because in his other appearances post Jan 20, I don't remember that level of security.

There are also at least 50,000 people in that crowd which is simply amazing. Trump is looking and sounding very presidential tonight.

There is no such thing, in Constitutional terms as “shadow government”.

It's a political statement, not a constitutional argument. In short, it means declaring who will head the important cabinet posts when the party is restored to power, and what policies will be implemented. It gives the voters serious policies to consider on election day. It's not a difficult concept, but you want to confuse the issue.

Absolutely. His "shadow government" would have no authority or power, but it would give him an opportunity to vet cabinet possibilities and hit the ground running on January 25 2024.

A “Shadow Cabinet” is largely a British term. It means that the party out of power select specialists in each administrative branch (Treasury, Home Office, Foreign Office etc) as though they actually held the positions and focus on specific criticism. I does not mean they actually control anything. When Bannon says shadow government, I think this is what he actually means.

Do some serious digging into 'Continuity of Government', and you might be surprised. Sadly, whether it is or isn't in the Constitution seems to have very little merit anymore.
