A January 6th protester is facing the possibility of sitting behind bars once again after he violated the conditions of his pre-trial release by reading news and watching conservative videos on Rumble.
Douglas Jensen was one of the first unfortunate citizens who was arrested in the Jan. 6th witch hunt. He was stripped of his rights and thrown into jail on January 8th.
He was charged with a seven-count indictment and multiple felonies despite causing no harm or damage. His biggest mistake was having a pocketknife on him when he was inside, which predictably caused these bloodthirsty radicals to gleefully increase the severity of his charges.
Thankfully, after suffering horrible treatment and conditions for months, a Trump-appointed Judge granted him pre-trial release in July.
In his decision, Judge Timothy Kelly cited the fact that Jensen isn’t charged with assaulting anyone or doing any damage, and no evidence indicates that he ever had the intention of using the knife in his pocket.

Thought Crime?
Bkmk
Proving this is thought police and fake justice on display.
The election was stolen.
It’s not a conspiracy theory it’s a logical conclusion.
The man needs a lawyer and a lawsuit against the government.
You’re absolutely right.
This is political persecution. Just as bad as Castro’s Cuba.
Cool Hand Luke comes to mind...
Captain: You run one time, you got yourself a set of chains. You run twice you got yourself two sets. You ain't gonna need no third set, 'cause you gonna get your mind right. We all gonna be wearing our chains soon and gonna be gettin' our minds right. We'll be thankin' Massa Biden for being so good to us, too.Captain: You gonna get used to wearin' them chains afer a while, Luke. Don't you never stop listenin' to them clinking. 'Cause they gonna remind you of what I been saying. For your own good.
Luke: Wish you'd stop being so good to me, Captain.
"Yes, boss. thank you for being so good to us!!"
The judge is real. otable cases
Kelly presided over English v. Trump, a lawsuit related to the Federal Vacancies Reform Act and the successor to the Director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Richard Cordray, who had resigned in November 2017 to kick off a run for Governor of Ohio. Before resigning, Cordray appointed Leandra English as his deputy. President Trump appointed Mick Mulvaney, the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, to serve as acting director. Kelly declined to issue a temporary restraining order and held that Mulvaney could remain as acting director.[7]
Kelly presided over CNN v. Trump, a lawsuit about President Trump’s decision to revoke Jim Acosta’s White House press credentials, denying him access to the White House grounds. CNN filed a lawsuit in order to challenge this decision and alleged this violated Acosta’s first and fifth amendment rights. On November 16, 2018, Kelly ruled that Acosta could return to the White House, pending a trial. On November 19, 2018, CNN dropped the suit.[8]
He’s a Trump appointee, no less
We are now experiencing the America that has been in the works for a loooonnnnnng time. We are witnessing the fruits of evil people’s labor and the church’s inability to stand for righteousness. . .We just may be right against the time of the real Tribulation with a capital T. Keep praying for God’s mercy and Divine Intervention. The Book of Revelation tells us how it all goes down and takes a little over an hour to read and everyone that does gets a special blessing from God as it says in the beginning of the book. https://www.biblegateway.com/audio/dramatized/niv/Rev.1
DOJ working hard to make the US into the worst legal system in the world surpassing China and NK.
I feel that the bloody civil war is coming soon.
Hard to believe they’re still keeping people in cages all these months. I’d estimate 99 percent of them who entered were guilty of wandering around with a sign, flag or whatever and were not involved in any violence whatsoever.
The KGB has been resurrected within the DOJ. Every single one needs to be brought up on charges of treason and insurrection. Not the protesters; the Capitol Police, the DOJ, and the FBI to name just a few. They are the real criminals. At this point the people have no way of knowing if some are still holding to their oaths of office or they work for the CCP or some other dark force.
For once it would be nice to see a judge dismiss the charges based on malicious prosecution and hold the prosecutors in contempt. New rules.
Yes.
a Judge denied peopel bail because he thought the protestors ‘didn’t seem remorseful’ for crimes they hadn’t even been convicted of yet.
A Judge also denied an 18 year old kid bail because in the judges words essentially saying, the kid would ‘go back to their homeschooling home where he learned all the radicalism i n the first place’
The judges in all those cases have no right being judges saying crap like that and denying peaceful protestors bail!
Agreed- and maybe encourage the victims of the malicious prosecution to pursue legal charges against the prosecutors who did it
Check his cell phone. It may have a Bible APP!
