How does this even happen? The same way we went from energy dominance to energy begging in just 8 months. It’s not an accident, it’s the endgame of leftwing progressive policies. We are intended to become state-dependent serfs, it makes us easier to rule.

How? Folks are good at writing good articles on freedom and what’s happening but no real answers other than vote out the RINOs or get involved in your local politics. None answers. What good does that do now? If we can’t go into a store because we aren’t vaccinated then what? DO we enter anyway? DO we take the fine? How do we stop this vaccine circus in it’s tracks now?
HHS published a final Privacy Rule in December 2000, which was later modified in August 2002. This Rule set national standards for the protection of individually identifiable health information by three types of covered entities: health plans, health care clearinghouses, and health care providers who conduct the standard health care transactions electronically. Compliance with the Privacy Rule was required as of April 14, 2003 (April 14, 2004, for small health plans).
IOW, HIPPA only protects the disclosure of your health care information by “three types of covered entities: health plans, health care clearinghouses, and health care providers who conduct the standard health care transactions electronically.”
There is nothing in HIPAA that prevents a organization from forcing you to disclosure your vaccination status. It does keep your doctor from providing that information to a third party.
Question: If the vaccine doesn’t prevent infection, which is the primary purpose of a vaccine, but it does lessen the possibility greatly that you will not be hospitalized or die, why are people who are having breakthru cases of COVID being treated with Monoclonal Antibodies if the vaccine is so effective?
...And then another, and another and another. Should’ve gone with vector vaccine regime instead of the mRNA. One or two shots and you’re immune for life.
The mRNA vaccines are designed to fade, ensuring more and more doses need to be administered.
What I am curious about, in a general way, is what those who refuse GMO foods think(feel?) about becoming GMO’s themselves?
Is it even been brought up to them?

9th - The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people

That is simply incorrect. The U.S. Supreme Court ruled in Jacobson v. Massachusetts, 197 U.S. 11 (1905) that a state can require a person to be vaccinated. It’s absurd to claim that a vaccine can be mandated without the ability to force disclosure of vaccination status.
Note: this ruling applies to states. The federal government cannot issue a vaccine mandate.
