If everyone on social media holding an illegal gun in an image on social media was tossed in jail, the entire south side of Chicago would look like scenes from The Omega Man.
Prove it was a real weapon. Prove it was loaded. This is something that the Capitol Police should handle on site, not wait and pour through pictures looking for crimes. This is like a speeding ticket mailed to you 8 months after the fact. Or a HOV lane violation 8 months later.
