Medical waiver won’t work?
Looks like lawsuit time. There are lots of people who legitimately can’t get this vaccine. Even if they wanted it.
But overall I know it’s pointless. We’re on the losing team and it’s about to get worse. The workforce isn’t going to have any conservatives in it.

At this rate....the workforce, medical force, police force, military force aren’t going to have ANYONE left.....that have taken these shots, that is :-(
Maybe in time, out-of-work-due-to-no-jab conservatives can compete with the un-jabbed illegals/foreigners for jobs.

No medical waiver is only if bad reaction to first shot or if allergic to one of the chemicals...
It is nearly impossible...
Not sure can sue—it is a private health care provider that can make rules it wants...
As I said—EVEN REMOTE??? WORKERS have to be vaccinated...
IMHO we are likely facing a health care provider shortage in the future...
