There's been a regional health care provider shortage in most major metros since the late 90s. This is going to eviscerate the medical field.
In my case the employer is ostensibly Christian, yet mandates the injection. I filed for exemption on religious grounds. If they do not accept my conscience as guided by Sacred Scripture they will have to terminate me and deal with the consequences. As it stands they are heavy into the mask madness.
I am looking into this for my son who is in the same boat. He has until Oct 1

My family members employer “committee” reminds me of some pre-WWII German committee...They clearly studied all the opposing arguments and concerns - not in order to have an open mind, but to close any opportunities for dissent.
They even have vax mandates guidelines for pregnancy and nursing?!
Very concerning!

My family member is considering discontinuing MS degree in medical field to move into something else...Future looks bleak unless you follow the corporate line...and who knows where CDC & Fauci will take that...
Life is so easy...if you comply.

Joe Biden Weighs Mandating Vaccines for Interstate Travel
https://www.breitbart.com ^
President Joe Biden is weighing vaccines mandates for interstate travel, according to the Associated Press (AP) on Thursday.
“Still, while more severe [coronavirus] measures — such as mandating vaccines for interstate travel or changing how the federal government reimburses treatment for those who are unvaccinated and become ill with COVID-19 — have been discussed,” the AP writes, “the administration worried that they would be too polarizing for the moment.”
I am being informed that the mere mention of fetal cell lines will get a waiver rejected.
Again, what country do I live in?

Religious exemption WIN! I shared the PCIC employee exemption resources with a member who had originally gotten her RE denied (employer is a college) and she resubmitted the following letter which got ACCEPTED!
“I have attempted to file a religious exemption form but was denied because I “did not complete the form properly”. I am hereby writing you, outside of the form, to reiterate that I strongly object to receiving the COVID-19 vaccine due to my sincerely held, personal, religious beliefs. This belief is my own and not necessarily that of an organized religion, church, or denomination.Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 confirms religious rights of U.S. Citizens. Those with religious opposition to vaccines, or to the Covid shot in particular, have a legal right to their belief and expression of those beliefs in the workplace. My religious beliefs do not need to be backed by any religious authority, church, or denomination.
The definition of “religion” established by Title VII and controlling federal court decisions, is a definition that forbids employers from rejecting accommodation requests based on their disagreement with an employee’s belief; their opinion that the belief is unfounded, illogical, or inconsistent in some way; or their conclusion that an employee’s belief is not an official tenet or endorsed teaching of any particular religion or denomination.
Please advise me as to how I do fill out the exemption request form properly given the above additional information above or take this email in place of that exemption request form.”

This is great!
Thank you so much for posting this...And I will post to all because many were interested.
Family member told me that a lawsuit is being brought against the employer for violating religious freedom, etc. And they are going to be peacefully protesting.
Have a nice rest of your day!

Hi, just following up on this thread. My son was told his company will honor religious exemptions, but he can still be terminated if their clients don’t accept it. Not sure how that is going to work out, but he was asked to submit his exemption letter on Friday. He and I put one together, would appreciate any input on it:
