Since, when he was not being an ass, the same news provoked a response that he was not his father, I’ll say the same now.
Nonetheless, this statement by Arnie now vitiates any good he might have done in past.
This has been known for decades... I used to joke about how the other Nazis probably gave his dad hell for his name, which in German is 1 letter off from meaning “black (negro)”.
Biblical scripture holds that “the sins of the father shall be visited upon the third and fourth generations.”
There have been several attempts at reinterpreting this dictum over the millennia, most are of the opinion it means - in the simplest, prima facie, sense - that simple behavioral issues will transcend environment and cultural pressures.
A dog bred for four generations for coat color will breed true.
In other words, “the apple doesn’t fall very far from the tree.”
Arnie, the principle of government of, for and by the people is this, individual freedom outweighs your imaginary belief in your need for safety, whether masks, isolation, social distancing, firearms and concealed carry, or any of a myriad of things progressives (liberals, democrats... you know, communist dictators) wish to control.

Looks like Arnold’s father was an MP? I don’t see any SS Uniforms in the photos. Some kind of an Occupation Police? He was in a Panzer Unit and I would think he did what our MPs do when attached to a maneuver unit. Same kind of an operation, move traffic, take care of prisoners, control the populace to insure safe movement of our units. If Arnold’s father was as bad as we are lead to believe, he wouldn’t be living in view with his real name in the post war years when Arnold was born. Arnold is not a war criminal, just someone with a different political opinion that is protected by the 1st amendment. Talk is cheap and Arnold is being Arnold.
We could not even get anyone to uphold that or the Kenyan from Indonesia would not have been sworn in.
Natural born citizens are NATURALLY citizens because they could not be anything else, born here of citizen parents.
The children of foreigners inherit the citizenship of their foreign parent(s), same principle that Ted Cruz has ANY claim to US citizenship being born in Canada.
The children of foreigners were PRECISELY who the founders were excluding.
Also interesting to note that not only was his father in the SA brownshirt troops, but UN General Secretary Kurt Waldheim was a guest at Arnold’s wedding to Maria Shriver in 1986 AFTER it had been revealed that Waldheim was a Nazi officer (he initially denied it) and may have participated in, or at least witnessed massacres in the Balkans. Apparently, the other guests were astounded that Waldheim would be considered an honored guest by Schwarzenegger. So Arnold has a hard time distinguishing between free societies and those ruled by hardline authoritarians. Obvious.

I was going to say, I don’t think people know what it was like then. If you didn’t belong, were recruited, or joined a certain side in Germany (and Austria) then you probably ended up dead. Not making excuses. A lot of people chose death, although they were probably hoping it wouldn’t end up that way, and a LOT of people had no choice at all. But if he was a volunteer, that’s difficult to justify.
I don’t care what corrupt leg humpers think about anything.
Sins of the father passed down to Arnie - he still has that mentality.
