Yes, it’s great to watch a man whose thuggish character was apparent throughout his tenure finally being called to account. But there’s something troubling about the way Cuomo is being hustled out of office: Obscured amid the details about his gross behavior and the way his aides and liberal feminist enablers tried to discredit the victims is the fact that Cuomo remains responsible for the deaths of perhaps thousands of elderly New Yorkers during the early months of the pandemic — and for his administration’s ongoing, illegal coverup of the numbers highlighting that fact.
The governor spent most of 2020 as a national idol, venerated by the mainstream media for what President Joe Biden called the “gold standard” for coronavirus crisis management. The nation was riveted by his daily press briefings; he actually won a special Emmy for them.

That’s probably the real reason for him stepping down.
The dimocrats have to be torn. Cuomo is their hero, the deliverer of the pandemic. The thorn in Trumps side. He’s ultimately brought down by charges from an anti-Trump prosecutor who is a hero to the left simply because she is hounding Trump.
Do the dimocrats denounce the prosecutor for bringing down their hero? They’re in quite a conundrum. I say they’ll probably stay quite about her and let the Cuomo thing take it’s course while trying to minimize along the way.
Democrats have this technique down pat... big crime? Bring on the women or people who heard the 'N' word. The new 'morality' is a woman touched is worse than murdering thousands of citizens.

That is the plan. Next is sympathy for him being forced to resign. Then the media will be “He’s been through so much, let him be”.

I said this from the beginning. latisha james is protecting him by bringing the harassment charges. They hope this move will help turn down the heat from the hundreds of families whos parents and grandparents were murdered for a political agenda. Don’t fall for it. Firing him is nothing. This man should be facing multiple life sentences or death by lethal injection for hundreds of counts of first or second degree murder.
Prosecute him and impeach him.
Nobody posted his resignation?
He just resigned, and not a NANOSECOND too soon! Now, are CRIMINAL charges warranted?
It will also turn down the heat on the other Dem governors who did the same thing. The fix is in.

The MeToo issue serves feminism. Cuomo will be replaced by a female or a feminist henchman. If you look closely, much of the MeToo action over the last few years has been a convenient purge of old-fashioned liberal or traditional leftist male politicians or influential cultural figures. Driving Cuomo from office only for playing fast and loose with the ladies serves the Sisterhood in many ways.
Removing him for the nursing home deaths scandal would threaten to discredit the sacred leftist tyrannical principles of centralized control and bureaucratic supremacy. It would also put the geniuses who advised him, enabled him, and carried out his incompetent directives in the spotlight for punishment along with him. Those people would rather avoid penalties and keep their positions. They’re more useful tools if kept in their positions with evidence of their former complicity with Cuomo held over their heads to keep them under control for future agendas.
This is a sideshow. Nothing was allowed to “change” until the machiavellians could use it for their purposes.
