I’m not so sure that’s true. Recently there was an article on how the WHO did not recommend children be vaccinated. A few hours later they reversed their official position and recommended that children be vaccinated.
A total about face. All in a matter of hours.
The article is still current. It’s because the vaccine is not fully FDA approved. Because it is emergency only, it is “voluntary”.
