AP, Reuters and Twitter Create Cabal to Trample on Free Speech

The fascist onslaught on the free flow of dissenting information took another dark step on Monday when the AP and Reuters signed a deal to help Twitter decide what’s true, the Daily Caller reports. Just as any tyrannical regime throughout history, this new censorship troika cloaked its nefarious scheme in the language of providing for the greater good.

“We are committed to making sure that when people come to Twitter to see what’s happening, they are able to easily find reliable information. Twitter will be able to expand the scale and increase the speed of our efforts to provide timely, authoritative context across the wide range of global topics and conversations that happen on Twitter every day.”

--Joanna Geary, Senior Director of Curation, Twitter

“Trust, accuracy and impartiality are at the heart of what Reuters does every day, providing billions of people with the information they need to make smart decisions. Those values also drive our commitment to stopping the spread of misinformation. We’re excited to partner with Twitter to leverage our deep global and local expertise to serve the public conversation with reliable information.”

--Hazel Baker, Head of UGC Newsgathering, Reuters

“AP has a long history of working closely with Twitter, along with other platforms, to expand the reach of factual journalism. This work is core to our mission. We are particularly excited about leveraging AP’s scale and speed to add context to online conversations, which can benefit from easy access to the facts.”

--Tom Januszewski, Vice President of Global Business Development, AP

These outwardly pious statements are just as false as those issued in the past by Hitler’s Nazi Germany and Stalin’s Soviet Union or the present by Xi’s Communist China and Kim Jong-un’s North Korea to justify their own controls on the dissemination of information. Authoritarian regimes never admit that their actions are for the benefit of those in power and not for public good.

The idea that any of these entities, none of which have yet to apologize for their roles in pushing the false Russia conspiracy narrative, can be trusted to decide what is “reliable information” is farcical. Twitter is also notorious for suppressing news, such the Biden laptop story or evidence of election fraud, that harm the fascist regime now in power in Washington.

It is clear that despite these superficially noble sentiments, Big Tech and Big Media are now openly joining together to squash the dissemination of conservative and pro-liberty viewpoints. The new information commissars are acting as nothing more that the censors and propagandists for a far-left fascist new world order.

The Founding Fathers of our great Republic would be aghast if they knew how the pro-Liberty legacy that they bequeathed to future generations is now being squandered.

HAHAHAHAA. This is the funniest satire I have ever read.

“Senior Director of Curation, Twitter “

Oh wait. These lying clowns are serious.

I like it when Twitter says “Journalists and fact checkers have determined this statement is false.” Only a complete egghead would believe them.

Who gets to decide what is “reliable information” and what isn’t? The old cold War Era commissars would be proud...
