How the hell did the CDC get all this power. Why aren’t the gutless pubbies getting this to the courts?
THE CDC HAS NO AUTHORITY OVER RENTAL CONTRACTS IN THE SEVERAL STATES!
I cannot write what I really think. This action is illegal, unfair and unconstitutional. The government does not have the right to do this.

A Congress that, in order to abdicate its Constitutionally-defined scope of authority to avoid political fallout, would even attempt to suborn an Administration into ignoring a SCOTUS ruling is a complete set of cowards, and therefore illegitimate.
An Administration that would allow Congress to suborn it into ignoring a SCOTUS ruling, for the purpose of said Congress avoiding political fallout from exercising Constitutionally-defined scope of authority, is complicit in the cowardice of the Congress, and therefore illegitimate.

Since when does the CDC have the power to be in infections? They are simply another government agency that this point is far beyond saving and needs to go away.

Also last summer a Federal judge in Massachusetts declared one of the draconian orders that the state's Trump hating "Republican" Governor to be a violation of 2nd Amendment rights (he declared gun ranges to be "non essential" and closed them).
How is it that any government official...or government agency...has the Constitutional authority to do some of the things they've done in the last 18 months?????
