A 49-year-old man has died after being detained by officers during protests against the German government’s measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, police said on Monday.
Police that the man had complained of tingling in his arm and chest while officers checked his ID in the capital’s Mitte district, where thousands of protesters had rallied on Sunday despite an official ban on demonstrations.
About 600 people were detained during the demonstrations, which saw outbursts of violence as protesters defied orders to disperse and tried to break through police lines.
Officers provided first aid to the man until an ambulance arrived and took him to the hospital, where he later died, police said.
An investigation has been opened into the man’s death.
But another investigation could be underway as police brutality is not something that we see in western countries!
If this had happened to LGBT protesters in Russia, it would be an international news story.
A video that received no media attention shows a cop hitting a little boy in the head for worrying about his mom.

There were clashes, and law enforcers used tear gas and water cannons to disperse the protesters. Police, which had more than 2,000 officers on duty, made several arrests.
Entrances to the Victory Column monument were blocked, and the protesters were not allowed to go toward Bundestag, the federal parliament, and Brandenburg Gate.
Judges at an administrative court had banned the weekend protests amid fears of a rise in coronavirus infections sparked by the Delta variant.
The court said it had fears participants would flout rules on mask-wearing and social distancing as Germany’s COVID-19 infection numbers are on the rise.
Anti-lockdown protesters have been so thoroughly demonized by the media, such behavior is barely even covered. If this had happened to LGBT protesters in Russia, it would be an international news story.
What do you expect to happen when you take to the streets and push back against armed police dressed with riot gear?

You can dress up a savage in a uniform, he’s still a savage. With a gun. Kinda makes it difficult to do anything about it. Say you’re the mother, and you see your kid getting whacked, and the husband beaten, and your natural instincts lead you to do what is 100% right and just. They’ll kill you.
Not about nazism. About a fundamental fact of human nature.

The societal decision to go Orwell with “first responders” in recent years is an assault on that notion of how humanity relates to God.

Perhaps they expected them to act like normal human beings rather than gestapo thugs.
That’s not a mistake I would make, but I can understand it. I would never expect the police to do anything but destroy anyone they come in contact with.

The “Pax Americana” is over.
From ancient times up until 1945, Europeans had spent their time doing what they do best..killing each other and stealing each other’s stuff. Now Europe is just reverting to form and this American could not care less. Should Europeans decide to unite and care to take on islam, I might change my mind....but I don’t see that happening anytime soon.

Which is why people need an elected pro-2nd amendment, constitutional sheriff in their counties. The sheriff has the legal and armed muscle to take care of gestapo cops.
My sheriff has run two police chiefs out of the county for abusing citizens’ rights.
