My SIL and BIL just got one of their two rentals back. About $35,000 in damages and the renters didn’t pay for a year while they trashed the place, blew out the septic system and pooped in the washing machine. 😮

So I “appealed to them directly” about how beneficial it would be for all if they left before sundown the next day. Made em’ a deal they could not refuse. Worked like a champ.

A guy I know owned some apartment buildings as part of a partnership/LLC. Two of the smaller partners were very large men named De'andre and Jemarcus. They were in charge of collecting rents or evictions. This man I knew has family from Brazil and tells me this is how it works in Brazil - and American society is sinking to that level. He sold his share because he didn't want to have to play that game.

Making matters worse for everyone struggling, the Fed is hell bent on increasing inflation.

They have to. If they slow down, or God forbid, stop, the "can't lose 'cuz the Fed won't allow it" stock market will collapse and take the economy with it.
