I see. So your example is someone ejected after a bribery conviction and then later charged with ballot stuffing in primary elections. What kind of vote was required to eject him? (hint: it wasn’t hard to get 2/3rds to vote for ejecting a bribery convict from a safe party seat)
What you found pretty much matches what I found which is no case where a seated senator or representative was ejected based solely on a bad election.
