Who in the world thinks that a Democrat controlled House or Senate is going to revoke recognition of a member allied to them? It won’t happen no matter how strongly you can prove the seat was awarded fraudulently. Outside of the legislative body ejecting them there is no legal mechanism or provision for removing someone from the legislature before the end of their term.

Ah, but since the Senate is split 50-50, that means in order to prevail on such a vote, either the Senator at issue would need to vote for himself, which should violate some ethical rule, or at least one RINO would need to be absent or vote with the Dems. Remember this would likely happen after some finding at the state level that the election was certified in error, e.g., a court in Georgia finds that there were 26,941 less legal ballots in Perdue's senate race, and he is the rightful senator from GA. A partisan vote on the issue with the Ho breaking a tie would look very bad.

I absolutely believe that these audits are necessary, should go forward and will prove fraud occurred. But to think that a single Democrat will be unseated before the 2022 elections because of it is incredibly stupid, naïve and delusional. The best outcome we can get is strengthening the election laws and enforcement and removing corrupt election officials so we can have cleaner elections going forward.

Being a Gloomy Gus, spreading defeatism, and being a quitter doesn't accomplish anything. This was a stolen election with unprecedented election fraud. Let's start by chipping away at the margins where we can. It will build momentum, and counter the corporate media propaganda about how "safe and secure" the election was. One domino will start a chain reaction.

It requires a 2/3rds vote to expel a member, not a simple majority. You are ignorant of the basics.

Being stupidly optimistic, expecting things to happen that simply can’t doesn’t accomplish anything either. Be smart and realistic enough to know when a battle is lost and it is time to prepare for the next battle so you can actually win.
