I would like to see a comparison of the number of people under 30 that have died or been permanently impaired from Covid vs. the number that have died or been impaired by the vaccine. I have not seen such a stat. Perhaps too early.

Unfortunately I doubt we will see accurate numbers of those factors anytime in the near future. There are no neutral parties to gather and publish such stats and won’t be for a long time at best. Where the government might be expected to be a neutral party between victims and vaccine makers, it doesn’t apply where the government is an active advocate of the vaccines. It, and the vaccine makers, have every incentive to inflate Covid deaths and deflate vaccine deaths.

For the young and the healthy the vaccine carries a much greater risk than COVID.
