Freedom’s Just Another Word For Nothing Left To Lose

Cuba-Libre-2-_kleincuba-libre-cocktail-2

Apparently there’s a disturbance near the southern hemisphere: the Cuban people are sick of communist dictators.

“I want a total change: a change of government, multiparty elections, and the end of communism.”

With a rock in each hand, Yusniel Pérez, 17, said: “We’re here because we’re hungry and poor. We don’t have food. We don’t have anything.” -

Still, the American media never met a commie dictator they didn’t like so it will be interesting to see how this plays out on the pages of the NYT.  Oh wait…

cuba freedom anti-governmentThe only thing remarkable is that it’s taken this long

The New York Times, where “Freedom” is considered an anti-government slogan. Could their disdain for our country’s foundation be any more transparent?

Cuba’s President Miguel Díaz-Canel said that “destabilization in our country” would be met with a “revolutionary response,” adding “we call upon all the revolutionaries of the country, all the communists, to take to the streets.” I presume all U.S. media correspondents on assignment there will heed his call, having already fulfilled their journalistic responsibilities by blaming the uprising on Covid…and Trump.

I don’t know if Kristofferson wrote this nihilistic lament for the likes of these leftist loons who’ve been with us since the 60s, and just keep replicating, but it certainly fits their mindset. Freedom_s_just_another_word_for_nothing_left_to_lose__1589883856_4795244

Freedom's just another word for nothin' left to lose
Nothin', it ain't nothin' honey, if it ain't free

And feelin' good was easy, Lord, when he sang the blues

You know feelin' good was good enough for me

Good enough for me and my Bobby McGee

What-Was-Freedom-LikeMaybe the Cubans will be able to explain it someday

The Marxist media are without shame. They lie even when the truth is laid bare for all to see.

“We’re here because we’re hungry and poor. We don’t have food. We don’t have anything.”

Unpossible! Communism guarantees that everybody is paid, fed, clothed, and housed equally. Well, that you're equally poor anyway.

Imagine a world where Americans in an attempt to escape Socialist Tyranny will have to take their chances by sailing the open sea in home made rafts trying to get to Cuba.

Obamas is laughing his butt off at the Cuban peasants.

So the New York Times sees “Freedom” as anti-government. Duly noted...

‘The New York Times, where “Freedom” is considered an anti-government slogan.’

Seems to me it would be an anti-government slogan when the government targeted is anti-freedom.

“A country that limits dissent…”

Limits it to none. And it does so at the point of a gun.

I hate the NYT.

Recent YouTube’s are up (think they are still there) show an American visitor to Cuba. Filmed secretly in a store buying groceries. One of the guys from Cuba somehow got to US and was filmed grocery shopping in US, then going to Home Depot. He was stunned.
