In amateur radio we are to do rf exposure reports for each band, antenna and power/watts. There is a connection, although it may not be as detrimental as believed.

Agree completely. Probably if they are measuring any radiation it's from a microwave tower. Even then, no risk. Battery's don't generate EMI.
