President Joe Biden on Thursday issued a forceful defense of his decision to withdraw all American troops from Afghanistan and denied it was inevitable that the Taliban would eventually topple the U.S.-backed government in Kabul.

I could care less about Joe Biden but I’m glad we are out of that sh!t hole of a country!!!
And next week, when the Taliban roll into Kabul and force the AmEmb personnel to flee in panic a la Saigon, then comes the “blame Trump” narrative.
Biden has been wrong for 50 years and this won’t ruin that record.
Isn’t it nice to know that no matter what, the Press will always be on your side?
Trump ordered the Troops to be withdrawn there only to find out the military brass (Milley) ignored his order.
Too bad the bunker is not in Afghanistan and contains GWB, Obama, and the US generals.
Considering that Joe is ALWAYS wrong on matters of foreign policy... this is re-assuring.
it’s already been bungled. but it was Joe and BHO who pushed us deeper into Afghanistan - with no plan to win - so no surprise there. withdrawing without notifying allies and giving the Taliban an easy walk in - incompetence personified.
