As we watch millions(?) refuse to take the shot and even more will refuse the boosters...they are just the tip of those who have started to dismantle the engine.
Others who have simply retired, chosen not to return to the ‘game.’ Have indeed gone Galt...even if they do not quite realize it fully just yet.
And then there are indeed the looters. Looters of the stores, looters of government handouts, looters of all types.
Year 0 has come and gone. Employers, recruiters all pondering where are the workers...no amount seems to attract them. And it won’t, until conditions change.
Lost count of the folks I know or do business with that decided to retire earlier than they had planned. One is/was a guy with two very successful restaurants that when the shut down happened he pulled the plug and closed both and cashed out. Gave his employees a decent bonus and went Galt.
