I couldn’t find this answer. Assume the Trump GOP wins a majority in the House, and elect Trump Speaker. A non-member has never been elected but it can happen
Does a non-member Speaker get a vote? I wouldn’t think so but can’t find anything.

No, they would not. And Trump isn’t going to do that

It’s an absurd notion. That the Speaker has to be a member is implicit, every Speaker of every legislature in history has been a member of that legislature.
