Free government is an impossibility until we restore balance to our beloved Constitution.

That is correct in the extreme.

Unfortunately Constitutional law has failed due to the corruption of a politically motivated judiciary that sees the constitution as not a document to be upheld but an enemy of their beliefs. It is really that simple.

Agree. The scotus is tyrannical. It knows no limits. Like the House, Senate and Presidency, it is a political institution.

The pattern was set some twenty years after the 17th Amendment when popularly elected senators rolled over to the will of a wildly popular FDR.

The 17th enabled the New Deal, Great Society, and will do the same with most of the upcoming Green New Deal.

Once we get our folks back in power, we need to increase the number of Federal judgeships.
