it went into great detail on the commitments that the signers of the declaration made to pledge their wealth and lives to insure the freedom & independence of the colonies from british rule
in doing so, each of the signitors was committing treason to the throne.
several of those signing the declaration of independence made the ultimate sacrifice to insure this new country's freedom.
many others lost their homes, families, and fortunes in the battle. many went bankrupt
jacoby’s editorial went into great detail with names and events surrounding individual sacrifices made to give birth to this great country.
