I speculate that the thing he’s holding is a gas mask still in its packaging. I know they gave them out to government people in the building. It’s about the right size and shape, and the markings on the package look like illustrated instructions.

Actually-it was her belief in Q that got her killed and her violation of the law.

She thought the storm has arrived (it hadn’t) and she violated the law-and ignored lawful commands to stop approaching the VEEP. She was climbing through a broken window in the Congress while it was in session and she had zero authority to be there.

Of course-in Q land-she’s still alive-so-no harm no foul.
