Joe Biden issued a "clarification" supposedly written by him that he didn't mean what he clearly said when he flat out stated that that he wouldn't sign the infrastructure deal unless the reconciliation pork package was also passed. Many commentators were wondering why Biden would say that the two deals would have to come to him in tandem for him to sign the infrastructure bill. Well, the answer is simple. Biden was flat out telling the truth the first time before he later supposedly "clarified" what he said. Why would he tell the embarrassing truth out loud? Because poor Joe isn't wired like most of us and his internal filter breaks down to the extent that he often blurts out highly embarrassing truths as you can see in this video.

Did you catch the brief glimmer of a guilty look on Biden's face when he answered "yes" to the question of whether he supported Pelosi's plan to hold the infrastructure bill captive in the House until the reconciliation pork package is passed? It was like his internal filter briefly flickered on before it turned off again allowing him to sputter, "yes."
