You are exactly right. Some Pub and/or Conservative organization of legal eagles should be helping all 400 of these people with their legal fees, representation in these cases, and giving help in facilitating appeals of these cases, as high as one needs to go to get proper redress.
The problem is they will have to go through the State Appeals and Supreme Court levels with their cases in order to then get the cases into the federal courts rather than the state courts. Although what court system are these cases in as Wash. DC isn’t a state? Indiana? Where is this being prosecuted and by whom? Which court system, state or federal?
Regardless, our side MUST back these victims of obvious prosecutorial misconduct with their cases brought before leftist corrupt judges. We cannot let this stand as they will pick off anyone who dares protest against the corrupt Biden regime, one by one. These cases must not go before already corrupted Dem judges alone.
Come on you Pubs that have the wherewithal to help here, do something, or rue the day when you no longer WILL be able to do anything.
