In just a few short months, the Biden administration has deliberately and systematically undone Donald Trump’s successful border security and immigration policies. Now, Texas faces an invasion of illegal immigrants, many bringing drugs, crime, and chaos in their wake.

Just last month, Customs and Border Protection apprehended over 180,000 people crossing illegally—a 674 percent increase from the year previous. Val Verde County is just one of many Texas jurisdictions suffering acutely from this crisis. Its fewer than 50,000 residents have seen more than 100,000 illegal aliens enter their community this year.

The feds will sue, and standing will not be an issue, we can be sure. Is Governor Abbott ready to tell the feds to take a hike? Someone will eventually have to.

Things are going to crap again like they were under Ohaha. Have to wade through non-English speakers in the stores again. And they line up in the 15-items-or-less express line with baskets loaded up like the Grinch's Christmas sleigh. You can tell who the latest border jumpers are - they are looking in all directions, all wide-eyed. Heard a bunch of them talking the other day, it was Spanish but the accents & inflections were off, they were south of the border alright but not Mexicanos.

Well, somebody ran afoul of the law the last time there was a private fund established to help build the wall. I don’t recall exactly what they were accused of, but maybe the IRS was involved. You can be sure the DC crooks will try some underhanded move to defeat it.

I guess what matters does he have a plan for if they lose in SCOTUS - which they may very well do considering the state of the Supremes these days, they seem very reluctant to contributing to conflict between states and the feds (as we saw in the fraudulent election).
