That is the Space Force uniform. Air Force uniforms are much more subdued.

The camo thing really got out of hand. USN aquaflage borders on the ridiculous... and the aquaflage cost 3X as much as the chambray and seadawgs.
The USCG went dark blue BDU, like some police depts, but police tend to go with tactical colors.
There is a phase-in period but I would expect to see a mixture since both types are authorized. In particular, the newest airmen and officers have been issued the new utilites at basic.
In the picture I studied there are two green bag flight suits and 15 people in civilian clothes. All of the rest of the uniforms are of the same design.
BTW the rank is on a chest tab on that uniform not the sleeve. I did see some nametags and rank tabs in the front rows.

I never understood the thought behind that. It makes more sense to put it on the ship instead of on the sailors. I know if I fall into the water, I would prefer to be highly visible.
All political rallies do that.
I have been to Trump & GW Bush rallies where they pull the “proper” people out of the crowd to put directly behind the POTUS. It is so the TV cameras have the right mix of people in the background. Then they give them the “Women for Trump” signs. ANY Black woman is immediately put behind the candidate.
Name tags are sewn onto fatigues...not easy to remove.
If they were velcro, you would see the velcro bottom bar on the uniform. Nothing is there.
