Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits employers from discriminating against individuals because of their religion (or lack of religious belief) in hiring, firing, or any other terms and conditions of employment.

So if employers cannot discriminate, is it fair or even legal to impugn and outright smear a doctor’s medical expertise based on their religion?

I’ve already had an antibody test, I give blood regularly (at 73). The antibody tests are notoriously inaccurate from what I have read. I tested negative for antibodies. I did not pay for it. The lab did their own, probably not an approved test. The hospital is an excellent facility. My family has used them for anything serious for 3 generations.
