When you are old and need a walking cane, get two. One with a max load of 300 lb capacity for use around the house, and one with a max load of 500 lb capacity for going outside in public.

If you pick up both at once you will immediately know the 500 lb cane is like carrying an iron pipe and will do damage if it comes in contact with any criminal.
