Ravenna, Ohio – A woman went berserk and became violent Monday morning after a McDonald’s manager told her she could not mix slushie flavors.
According to the witness who took video of the fight, 44-year-old Cherysse Cleveland became enraged after McDonald’s employees told her they wouldn’t mix her slushie flavors.
I heard her ask for a slushie with all three flavors mixed into one,” the witness, Brian Allen told WOIO-TV. “Whereupon the manager informed her that they could not do that, and she became increasingly irritated and combative and decided that she would go behind the counter and fix her own drink.”
Cleveland went behind the counter and punched one of the female employees.
Another female employee tried to defend her coworker and shouted, “Do not touch my boss!”
At one point one of the McDonald’s employees pinned Cleveland to the ground and repeatedly punched her in the head.

Is it policy to not mix slushy flavors? I remember a diner when I was a kid where we used to order a “mixed” shake- vanilla, chocolate and strawberry together.
Or did the patron demand rather than asking, causing the server to refuse? Would a polite request have resulted in the order being filled?

You really want to know one of the worst things? There was this big fad at the time... geri-curl, jerry curl (whatever!). They had thist nasty greasy crap in their hair. So! Almost every night, sometimes every other night, sometimes multiple time a night... you had to “handle” them in a variety of ways. Common was “neck restraint” (cutting off the blood to their brain via the carotid arteries) In doing so, you’d get all this greasy crap all over you. But, there was worse too. Blood, urine, feces, lice, infectious diseases... The things I did for a paycheck. Mike Rowe could’ve done a month-long segment of “dirty jobs” in that hellhole.
Yeah they’re having a hard time suppressing the truth. BUT, they’re working hard on it.
If I had recorded any of it back then, I’d have been fired immediately and it NEVER would have made the news, TV, print... I’d have cutting my own nose off to spite my face.
One bright side of 2020 was that Facebook (and to the lesser effect Twitter) had declared themselves to be arbiters of truth. Well, a lot of people are not comfortable with that idea. So it's better we know it now than a couple years later when they could enact the "Great Firewall of America."
Thanks! I DO appreciate it! Had a freind who wasn’t so lucky. Had coffee with him the night before he was killed. He had a new baby daughter... he was happy. It was... You really can’t put words to that sort of thing, at least I can’t. But, I’m not alone! There are plenty of others that have similar experiences in LE, FD, Military. It happens and you have no choice but to accept it.
