Proteins on the host MHC-2 complex molecule attract cytoxic T-cells that release destructive molecules that destroys the host cell and ending the production of Spike Proteins. For those individuals having Spike Proteins overwhelming the organs of the body says something is not right with the cyoxic T-cells. Did something like HIV have some role in this failure?

Quite the opposite. The patient had no symptoms of Covid and there was no “diffuse alveolar damage” (a hallmark of Covid) in his lungs. Given his age his immune system, thanks to the vaccine, did a pretty good job keeping Covid at bay. But the vaccine doesn’t protect against bacterial infections which likely got out of control.
You have to remember his advanced age meant his immune system was weaker than normal. Plus he had two concurrent infections going on in his body - the bacterial infection in his lungs, and Covid. His immune system was stretched fighting two infections. Was that responsible for the bacterial infection getting out of control which ultimately killed him ? Don’t know. It’s possible.

The vaccine caused antibody dependent enhancement, which basically hs the immune system ignore the virus and let it run rampant through the body.
So yes, the vaccine was throughout his entire body as evidenced by the spike proteins in every organ of his body. ADE was occurring everwhere inside him and because of that, it allowed the virus to spread unchecked because the vaccine stopped his immune system from recognizing and going after the virus.
ADE would not have occurred if he was not vaccinated. The vaccine disabled his immune system from dealing the virus.

The vaccines will never “prevent” infection in any individual. From the moment a vaccinated person is infected the immune system will take a small but finite amount of time to clear out the infection. The question is how long it will take. It can happen fairly quickly as in people with healthy immune systems, or it can take longer in people with weakened immune systems. In some cases it may not happen at all depending on how weak the immune system is. In this case the person was 86 years old and battling two infections. So there may have been some complications.
Sorta like if you die of a heart attack but tested positive, covid was the cause of death. This is why the deaths from covid are way over blown. Yet the vax pushers continually ignore that and keep posting fake covid death charts.

That is a problem. No one’s denying that is a problem. But it happens to a very very tiny fraction of young adults. Hopefully in the not too distant future there will be a way to tell who should *not* get the vaccine.
