Everyone has been wrong at one time or another.
More than anything else, I would like to see the cheaters and usurpers in our government exposed and brought to justice, and I am willing to do my part to make it happen.
But we are working with flawed and weak human beings here. How do we know that they will deliver on their promises and not cave in to pressure? (We don't.)
We can't even be sure that all their hope hype is real and not misleading us to believe in some fantasy that will never come to pass.
I put my trust in God, but with one caveat: His will above mine.
If He delivers us from a progressive/oppressive regime, that will be wonderful. But maybe He has something else in mind for us. Maybe we, as a people, have to experience the worst in order to appreciate what we have and renew our trust in Him.
We'll see how this plays out. God will win in the end, but buckle your seatbelts, it may be a rough ride.
