In Arizona, the Maricopa Count Board of Elections has not turned over any chain of custody documentation on any ballots in the county. Any ballots lacking this documentation are invalid.
What effect, if any, does this have on the validity of the audit?

One would think that all ballots from Maricopa would be disallowed, and the vote count recalculated.

But I won’t hold my breath.

If you refuse to produce them, as far as the auditor is concerned, you don’t have them.

Audit failed.
