Byron Donalds is a House representative from Florida. He grew up in the Crown Heights section of Brooklyn NY and was raised by a single mother. He graduated from FSU with a BS in finance and marketing. He appeared on CNN and had an exchange with host Brianna Keilar to discuss the report that he had been blocked from joining the Congressional Black Caucus. BTW, Donalds is a Trump supporter. Watch as the arrogant and smug Keilar tries to teach the black man about life:
You'll note that Keilar did her best to paint Donald Trump as a racist.Rep. @ByronDonalds says he is being denied entry into the Congressional Black Caucus because he is a Republican.
"My support of President Trump has been consistent, but at the same time, I have had the ability to advocate for [the] Black community in my state," he said. pic.twitter.com/A6BNFAf05n— New Day (@NewDay) June 10, 2021
CNN host Brianna Keilar pointed out that Donalds questioned the 2020 presidential election results and has pushed for stricter voting laws. After airing a clip highlighting comments from former President Donald Trump about black people, Keilar asked Donalds if his defense of Trump “might be incongruent with the mission of the CBC.” Donalds argued that “as a black man in America,” he is “allowed” to have his own thoughts. “Do you think that your defense of a person that said things like that might be incongruent with the mission of the CBC?” the host questioned.Donalds responded:
“As a black man in America, I’m allowed to have my own thoughts on who I choose to support and who I choose not to support,” he added. “I think that it’s important whether you’re talking about the Congressional Black Caucus or the Florida State Legislative Black Caucus or the National Caucus of State Black Legislators — organizations I have been a part of in the past — my support of President Trump has been consistent, but at the same time, I’ve had the ability to advocate for issues, ideas, proposals and funding that have helped the black community in my state.”Keilar continued to be dismissive :"But you defended him" she said, dripping with condescension. How dare you think differently from the CBC? Yet there was something really, really important that this vacuous woman and her idiot CNN colleagues never, ever tell their audiences- the alleged racist Trump had more appeal to minorities than any other Republican in a very long time.
Mateo Mokarzel, 40, is a graduate student from Houston, Texas and is of mixed heritage, Mexican and Lebanese. He didn't vote in 2016, and he isn't loyal to either major party - but this time around he decided to cast his vote for the Republicans.
"The first time Trump ran I really wasn't convinced. I just thought, here's this celebrity talk-show host guy that wants to run for president, I didn't take him seriously - so I was not a Trump supporter the first time he ran. To be honest, I thought he was a ringer for Hillary, so I just wasn't interested," he tells BBC News.
But Mokarzel says his upbringing in Texas influenced his view of both political parties.

Why?
It's your own blog.
What is stopping you from posting the whole thing?
Your shtick is tiresome.
There shouldn’t even be a Congressional Black Caucus.
It is a racist institution. Genuine “institutional racism.”
I think it would be difficult to find anyone who looked more smug than Keilar.
Byron, it does not matter what your color or so called race is if you are pro President Trump?
The mediots, national lawmakers, state lawmakers and local politicians will make sure that you and we don’t have the opportunity to voice our opinions!
If a long time Freeper gets a hit for a blog post, what business is it if yours?
If he wants to post an excerpt, it’s no skin off your teeth.
Frankly, I like it when Freepers get paid for their writing efforts.
Do you complain when a poster links to a CNN article?
No.
Just Free blog posts from Freepers. If you don’t want to support your fellow Freepers, don’t. It’s none of your business if I do.
Just stopped at the drive-in to get a milk shake. The work truck in line in front of me showed a slightly faded "Latinos for Trump" sticker on the back bumper. Lots of those in the oil patch around here who support him. It's only the elites and so-called progressives that don't believe his appeal to minorities is real.
“Your shtick is tiresome.”
Agreed. He needs some new material - that is, if he can come up with something.
Rep. Donalds laid her out for real...She is the epitome of the “dumb blonde”....
No.
Just Free blog posts from Freepers. If you don’t want to support your fellow Freepers, don’t. It’s none of your business if I do.
Well said. humblecreep is probably a democrat troll.
At 40 she’s too old to be a millennial
The country is falling apart and the best you can do is ankle-bite posters and make comments about someone’s wife?
I’ve gotten where I just ignore any post with his handle...
He’s definitely a troll.
He just sits under his little bridge waiting for someone to post a blogpost and then bitches about it. Pretty sad life IMHO.
You need to rotate that El Camino up on blocks in your front yard - once you get rid of all the box wine, Boone’s Farm, and Thunderbird boxes and bottles all over the place.
