I know nurses who USED to work in COVID wards - wards that are shut down. My DIL has worked a COVID unit since March 2020. There are just a lot less sick people.
And rates of vaccination in Arizona for those over 65 is now 85%! If getting vaccinated increased the disease, the older folks in Arizona would be dying left and right!
