It won’t work, because they’ve created a culture of infertility for two generations. AND they’re oppressing the groups that could maintain replacement level fertility - Christians and Muslims.
They’re sterilizing Muslims with three or more kids even when it was legal while sending them to the camps to be “reeducated”.

Religious people can repopulate the Earth if they remain faithful to the right principles and shun the wrong actions.
