I completely oppose federal law enforcement. DOJ? FBI? BATF? I’d like them defunded because they are all corrupted.

I much prefer local law enforcement. However, if defunding at that level becomes a trend and neighborhood cops just “disappear”, then I think we are down to vigilante justice. And, frankly, I can see that working OK too. But the BLM people wouldn’t like it.

Vigilante justice is widely condemned but without law enforcement and a non-corrupt judicial system, it’s the only option.

The other result would be total anarchy and that is NOT an option.

Professional police forces are less than 200 years old. The City of Paris had proto-police in the 1660's created by the King of France, but policing agencies in the modern sense were created in England in 1829. So human beings protected themselves for many thousands of years before the concept of police began. We can do it again if the government gets out of the way.

The solution is to turn all local law enforcement over to the sheriff. The sheriff is the only person in law enforcement who answers directly to the voter.

The only one.

America's black areas would become like Brazil's "favelas" ruled by local gangsters and drug-lords. Cops would only enter with massive force. some BLM thugs would probably organize their own para-military force

Interesting that today, the 100 year Tulsa Massacre is all over TV.

Hey everybody! Stop and look! Tulsa 100 yrs ago could be your neighborhood today.

Is all this Tulsa attention for our ‘education’, or an encouragement to riot?
